    prevented by     - using wrist supports
            - using ergonomically designed devices
                - keyboard and mice


EYE STRAIN


    caused by    - low resolution monitors
            - reflections from windows
            - radiation emitted from old monitors
                = headaches
                = damages eyes

    prevented by    - using screen filters
            - buying a new low-radiation monitor


SEATING POSITIONS


    causes        - headaches and backaches
    
    correct way    - eyes level and perpendicular ( at a right angle ) to the screen
            - chair back support
            - feet rests
            - keyboard in a comfortable position


ELECTRICAL SAFETY


    issues    - cables must be checked every year once the computer is a year old
        - computers must be used away from liquids such as water
        - cables must be correctly connected to their terminals,
           both in plugs and inside the computer
